WE UNDERSTAND THAT AS WELL AS EXCITING, UNDERTAKING BUILDING WORK CAN BE STRESSFUL.
That’s why we have a getting started meeting, where we talk through the project, and everything that you might be worrying about; Insurance, site access, & moving assistance.
All your documents in one place
Your project related documents, including contracts, invoices and plans will all be stored for easy, on the go access making sure that you and your project team are all on the same page with the latest information.
Follow the progress of your project with our on site photo diary
Real time photos uploaded to your portal means whether you are in the property, have moved out or are abroad, full visibility over the progress of your project is easily accessibile.

MAKING SURE YOU FEEL AT HOME AND IN CONTROL IS OUR TOP PRIOIRTY.
At the end of your project renovation, all product care and maintenance guides will be provided to you to enable you to care for all your new fixtures and fittings properly.
Appliance serial numbers, warranty information and contact information will also be supplied, alongside an in person demo of your new fittings.
A ‘Getting Finished’ handover meeting will be held whereby we will discuss everything involved in taking back your property and ongoing maintenance.
