We are absolutely thrilled to share a peek inside our recent kitchen project at Upper Berkeley Street in Marylebone! The building itself, a gorgeous Grade II listed former HMO, was recently reconfigured into three elegant apartments and a striking penthouse designed for the luxury rental market.
We were brought on board by Obbard Ltd to design and install the kitchens for all four of these premium spaces. Because these properties are destined for the high-end rental market, the kitchens needed to look incredibly sleek and contemporary, while being tough enough to truly stand the test of time.
The perfect answer? Our Linear Kitchen Range.
If you aren’t familiar with our Linear Range, it’s our absolute go-to for modern style. Imported directly from Germany, these cabinets are seriously well-engineered and hard-wearing, making them excellent value without compromising on that luxury feel.
Because we were fitting out four separate apartments, we loved having such a wide variety of gorgeous formats and finishes to work with. It allowed us to tailor each kitchen perfectly to its space while keeping that cohesive, high-end look throughout the building.
Of course, when it comes to rentals, functionality is just as important as looks. True to that famous German engineering, the hinges, drawer runners, and internal mechanisms operate like an absolute dream and are built to handle heavy, long-term use. Plus, they pack in plenty of super clever, innovative storage solutions to keep those beautiful countertops completely clutter-free.
