One team covers the whole journey from first sketch to final fit — which means the roles here are genuinely varied, not just designers or just makers.

The kinds of roles at Kitchens by Holloways

  • Design: Working directly with clients on layout, materials and detail — from first consultation through to a finished, buildable design.
  • Project Delivery: Running a project once the design is agreed — coordinating trades, keeping to programme, and being the client's main point of contact on site.
  • Construction & Refurbishment: Managing the building side of a project — extensions, structural work, and everything a kitchen needs around it.
  • Making: Building each kitchen by hand in our Shrewsbury workshop, from the first cut of timber to the final coat of lacquer.
  • Commercial & Surveying: Pricing, contracts, and keeping every project financially on track from quote to completion.
  • Showroom & Support: The first conversation most clients have with us — plus the marketing, admin and coordination that keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
