How we work

From the first conversation to a design that's genuinely yours.

How we begin

A free consultation - by phone, video or in the showroom.

A conversation about your home — what you have now, what isn't working, and what you've been imagining. If you have a sense of the style you're drawn to, that's helpful — and if you don't, we'll find it together.

If you have floor plans or dimensions, bring them to the first conversation — the more we understand about the space from the outset, the better.

For clients who are local to one of our showrooms, an informal visit to your home is often the natural next step — a chance to see the space before any commitment is made.

Design, define, deliver

The kitchen you design is the kitchen you'll live with, so the design has to be right before anything else happens.

Next come the samples and the specifications — checking over every detail. Then the craftsmen get to work. And finally, out with the old, in with the new.

Design

We don't stop at the first idea

You will only do this once, so the design has to be right. We make that a certainty by presenting our ideas using photorealistic images. Nothing to image, nothing left to chance.

Define

It's all about the detail.

Your kitchen is unique — the appliances, the materials, the layout, the proportions, down to the crockery and cookware. No two are ever the same, so we treat each one as if it's the first we've made.

Deliver

We know exactly what's expected of us.

You've seen the samples, we've checked the room size, and the electrics and plumbing information is sorted — while your cabinets are already taking shape in the workshop.

No surprises between what was agreed and what arrives.

"The first design that comes to mind is usually the most obvious, but rarely the best. The right layout usually emerges after hours of pushing past 'nearly but not quite' ideas with a combination of creative thinking and tenacity."
