This Design & Build project in Surrey, consisted of a complete renovation of the Kitchen, dining and living areas, utility & Boot room using our Ludlow Range of cabinets.

The space used to be a bit of a maze of small, cramped rooms, but we worked incredibly closely with the client’s architect, Christopher from Christopher David Design Ltd, to bring the client’s dreams and wishes to reality. Together, it was completely reimagined into a breathtaking, open-plan family hub. Complete with some seriously incredible architectural ceiling details, it’s the ultimate masterclass in how to zone a large space while keeping it feeling super warm and welcoming.

At the heart of the home is the kitchen, where we installed our timeless, in-frame Shaker-style Ludlow Range. The design features a gorgeous mix of cream cabinets, rich blues and earthy greens, beautifully reflecting the views of the garden and tying the whole house together.

The absolute showstopper… The worktops. We paired the cabinets with the most stunning Verde Italia Polished Granite, which adds a luxurious, natural texture and ties those green and blue tones together like an absolute dream.

This space was truly built for entertaining. Right next to the dining area, we designed a custom built-in bar unit, perfect for hosting friends and family for weekend drinks. But our favourite design trick has to be right next to it: a seamless, hidden door that opens up into a secret back area!

Tucked completely out of sight behind the main kitchen is an ultra-functional zone featuring a fully equipped utility room with plenty of hidden storage, and a practical boot room.

To make sure the home felt beautifully unified, we carried the exact same colour palette and premium textures from the main kitchen and living space right through into the utility and boot room, giving the hidden spaces just as much wow-factor.

It’s the ultimate way to keep the main open-plan area looking spotless and clutter-free, while keeping all the daily chaos of family life cleverly tucked away.
