Our design process gives our quantity surveyor everything they need: a detailed scope of works and an itemised estimate, reviewed with you line by line.
This becomes a full set of construction drawings — electrical plans, finishing schedules, the lot — prepared by our technical team, at no extra charge. We see this as a necessity, not an add-on: essential to delivering your project on time and on budget.
It's also one of the real benefits of working with us: most companies charge for this separately.
