Throughout the project, there will be decisions we’ll need you to make along the way, so we schedule regular site meetings to keep you abreast of progress. We provide you with as much time as possible to make them, and your whole project team will be present for their expert input.

James started as an apprentice carpenter in Chiswick in 1989 — fitting kitchens from his first week in the trade. He qualified through City & Guilds and Hammersmith College of Building, went self-employed in 1992, and spent the next eighteen years running his own building companies, JBF Builders and Collenmore Construction, before joining Kitchens by Holloways. Along the way he's become the person other builders call when they want a second opinion on how something should actually be done.

Once the last box is unpacked
We walk the finished room with you and agree anything still outstanding before we call it done. Six months later, once everything's had a chance to properly settle in, we come back for a final visit to pick up anything that needs a second look.
